PEMERINTAH Kabupaten Rembang akan melakukan uji coba pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) dengan protokol kesehatan secara ketat di empat SMP di wilayah kecamatan zona kuning. Seperti diketahui, PTM dihentikan sejak Maret lalu, akibat pandemi Covid-19.
Bupati Rembang Abdul Hafidz menyatakan, keempat sekolah tersebut adalah SMP Negeri 1 Kragan, SMP Negeri 1 Sale, SMP Negeri 1 Pamotan, dan SMP Negeri 1 Sumber.
Hafidz menyatakan, syarat suatu daerah bisa melaksanakan PTM, minimal harus zona kuning dari sebaran Covid-19. Selain itu, wajib memperoleh persetujuan dari Gubernur Jateng Ganjar Pranowo. Dia mengaku sudah menghadap Gubernur, guna menyampaikan masalah itu.
“Jika pembelajaran tatap muka dari keempat sekolah itu penerapan protokol kesehatannya bagus dan tidak menimbulkan dampak-dampak apa pun, maka akan kami perluas ke sekolah lainnya, baru kemudian ke SD,” ungkap Hafidz.
Dia meminta dukungan masyarakat agar tetap disiplin mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Termasuk para guru, kepala desa, perangkat desa, agar menjadi contoh dalam mengantisipasi penularan Covid-19.
“Harus ada dukungan dari masyarakat. Sekali lagi saya selaku Bupati tentu punya harapan besar, bapak-ibu guru tetap konsisten dan komitmen mendidik anak, dengan menggunakan cara-cara baru,“ tandas Hafidz.
Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Kabupaten Rembang Mardi mengakui, rencana simulasi/latihan PTM di empat sekolah tersebut masih menunggu verifikasi terlebih dulu. Jika sudah siap, maka simulasi segera dilaksanakan.
“Kami akan melakukan verifikasi dulu di empat SMP tersebut. Jika semua persyaratan sudah terpenuhi dan kesiapan sekolah sudah mantap, maka baru dimulai pelaksanaan simulasi pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah,” pungkas Mardi.***
