MASIH dalam nuansa Peringatan Hari Jantung Sedunia, 29 September, Pemerintah Kecamatan Kota Kudus, Kabupaten Kudus menggelar jalan sehat, Jumat (2/10/2020). Jalan sehat diikuti 40 orang pejabat, staf, PKK Kecamatan Kota, serta lurah dan kepala desa (kades).
Sekretaris Camat (Sekcam) Kota Sancaka Dwi Supani melepas jalan sehat yang bertujuan sebagai upaya deteksi dini rockport (tes jalan atau lari) dan pemeriksaan Pos Binaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) di lingkungan Kecamatan Kota Kudus ini.
“Jalan sehat digelar untuk tes kesehatan jantung dan paru, serta mendeteksi penyakit tidak menular (PTM) namun membahayakan, antara lain jantung, hipertensi, dan diabetes melitus (DM),” jelas Sekcam Sancaka Dwi Supani.
Kepala UPT Puskesmas Purwosari, Kecamatan Kota dr Kamal menambahkan, kegiatan diawali dengan senam peregangan dulu, dilanjutkan jalan sehat dan pemeriksaan kesehatan.
“Ada sembilan orang dari 40 peserta yang terdeteksi PTM. Untuk data selengkapnya, kami konsultasikan dengan Camat terlebih dulu dan kemudian direkomendasikan ke dokter keluarga atau puskesmas,” ungkap dr Kamal.***
